Disappointed fans started throwing litter the moment they realised Harmonize was no show. Reports indicate that the artist who was in Eldoret may have failed to perform over disagreements on pay. The revelation brings to the fore issues of national agricultural policy and how efforts of corrupt individuals in government undermine President Uhuru Kenyatta's food security agenda.
